CCS’s Soup of Success Job & Life Skill Training Program (SOS) was created as a means to help provide a path out of poverty for local women striving to create a better life for themselves and their children. The mission of Soup Of Success is to empower women, through education and resources, to build self esteem, develop independence and improve quality of life.
This unique, holistic five-month program encompasses support, education, career counseling, mentoring, hands on business skills and one-on-one coaching to build stability, identify personal and professional goals, and take steps toward self-sufficiency and independence. Proceeds from SOS product sales pay training wages to participants, providing a source of income during their time here.
I would be interested in speaking about domestic violence and life as a single mother. I have a background in public speaking, I have been a survivor of domestic violence, and I am a single mother of one.
I am also interested in mentoring.
